I've decided to break up my paintings into two different types. Tradional paint refers to a physical paint such as Acrylic, which is the only type I work with. It is then applied to a paper, illustration board, canvas, or pretty much anything else that paint will adhere to. My paintings are typically created either by brush, by airbrush or a mix of the two. The border of the image will dictate much of this information for each image, but if there are any questions, feel free to contact me.
Digital painting is relatively new, especially at the quality that many artists are working with it. Digital paintings are created entirely on a computer, typically from scratch but sometimes compositing photographs as well. Popular programs include Corel Painter, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator depending on the look and style you want. I only work in the latter two, with most of my experience being with Photoshop, I started to play in Illustrator to create the graphics for this site.
